We have a 24/7, 365 days a year EV Driver Support Line to assist your drivers with any technical difficulties they may experience at the Charge Point.

REACTIVE MAINTENANCE

Should your drivers experience a fault at the Charge Point, such as a payment issue, or a cable is stuck in their vehicle, our EV Experts are on hand to support them with advice over the phone, or dispatch of an engineer to resolve the issue.

PROACTIVE MAINTENANCE

Using our world-leading technology and software, we are able to conduct regular checks to ensure that Charge Points are always operating at an optimum level. In addition our bi-annual on-site Charge Point Preventative Maintenance Programme ensures that your Charge Point is always safe and operational.
