Should your drivers experience a fault at the Charge Point, such as a payment issue, or a cable is stuck in their vehicle, our EV Experts are on hand to support them with advice over the phone, or dispatch of an engineer to resolve the issue.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Using our world-leading technology and software, we are able to conduct regular checks to ensure that Charge Points are always operating at an optimum level.
